A 10% booking fee, $250 cleaning fee, plus taxes will be added to every reservation. Direct booking usually costs less than booking on AirBnb and VRBO sites.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 23 hours after booking if arrival is at least 60 hours away at time of booking.
